Advantage Sales and Marketing (ASM) currently has an opening for a Retail Reset Merchandiser.

Job Purpose The Retail Reset Merchandiser (RRM) is responsible for merchandising; resetting ASM manufacturer's products at retail accounts to ensure customer and clients expectations are met.
Job Responsibilities Reset Activity, Shelf Conditions and Schematics Completion:
Be able to implement customer approved schematics/plan-o-grams/MODs with all items tagged and approved by store management.
Must be able to take direction regarding tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelf.
Customer Relations:
must have the ability to communicate effectively both internally to ASM management and externally with Customers.
Administration/Reporting:
will complete (web based) accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Previous retail experience Strong self-management skills Ability to complete daily procedures and responsibilities without direct supervision Must demonstrate good judgment and show respect for others.
Responsible for merchandising products at retail accounts within an assigned territory Number of hours per week:
40 Work Shift Start Time 7:
00 AM Work Shift End Time 4:
30 PM Flexible Start Time 5 AM - 8 AM Overnight Travel Yes Frequency of Overnights 4 Travel Specifics South East Iowa, North East Mo, Western and Southern IL Dependable, registered, and insured transportation.
Physical Demands Never Occasionally (up to 33% of time):
Crawl and/or climb, Stand Frequently (33-66%):
Bend and/or stoop, Kneel, Push, Pull, Walk Continuously (66-100% of shift):
Use Feet and/or Legs for Repetitive Motion Left Right, Use Hands and/or Legs for Repetitive Motion, Simple Grasping, Lifting and/or Carrying Up to ten pounds (sedentary level) 11 - 20 lbs.
(light level) 20 - 50 lbs.
(medium work level) We offer a competitive hourly wage (rate depends on experience), partial drive time, and partial reimbursed cents per mile.
We also offer benefits (health, dental, vision, life, and 401K) after 30 days of employment.
