6 MONTHS IN THE LAST YEAR OR 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN THE LAST 60 MONTHS REQUIRED.
Hazmat is not required at hiring, but drivers will be expected to obtain the endorsement within 60 days of hire.
Once the driver gets hazmat on his license, we will reimburse the cost.
Pick your days off (any except Sat and Sunday this is seniority based) example Tues/Wed, Wed/Thurs, Fri/Sat, Sun/Mon Chicago IL Local (home daily) $1000 weekly average Primarily they are taking containers to customers in the local market and picking up containers from customers and bringing them back to the rail yard.
They will work a 10-12 hour shift and be expected to move 6-10 trailers per shift.
There are shift times spread through the afternoon and nights and ALL of them will require working weekends (off Tue/Wed or Wed/Thur) to start.

States included in this territory are IL, IN, OH, MI, KY, WI, IA and MN.
Typical service area is a 300 mile radius from the city of Chicago.
This is a regional position so drivers will not be routed home every night, However we guarantee that all drivers will be home once every 5 days for a maximum 48 hour break.
