Assists with the preparation and dispensing of medications for patients.
All duties are performed under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED,Registration as a Pharmacy Tech with the Iowa Boardof Pharmacy within 90 days of employment, typing 35 wpm or data entry exp.
, computer exp.
, math aptitude with the ability to perform dosage or quantity calculations accurately, successful completion of the Certified Pharmacy Technician examination with 18 months of beginning position.
