Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
Maintains information in the EcoEngineers online QAP Database.
Communicates with clients (renewable fuel producers) on an ongoing basis.
Troubleshoots technical problems or questions with clients.
Educates clients on proper procedure and adherence to the EcoEngineers Quality Assurance Program.
Prepares monthly QAP reports for issuance to clients and downstream parties.
Collaborates with engineer to prepare quarterly QAP audit reports for issuance to clients and downstream parties.
Assists with technical writing projects as needed.
Works as a key member of the EcoEngineers team to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science preferred:
Ability to understand basic chemistry, perform statistical analysis, understand mass balance/yield ratios, and manipulate large volumes of data.
Two years of auditing experience preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members through verbal, written, and face-to-face interaction.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines for reporting.
Patience and willingness to educate clients on technology troubleshooting.
Detail-oriented, precise, experience with auditing data, and manipulating spreadsheets.
Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Dedication and ability to work as a team and autonomously.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
