IT Help Desk Analyst
Position Description o Documenting internal procedures to address technology issues/problems in a timely manner o Troubleshooting Desktop hardware/software and basic network issues o Assisting with onboarding new users o Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software o Maintain inventory of all technology equipment, software, and software licenses o Analyze call logs to spot trends and underlying issues o Follow escalation procedures when cases require escalation to the next level of support o Log and track all IT problems completely through resolution o Ability to prioritize tasks Qualifications o Minimum of associate's degree in information technology o Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology customer service or equivalent technology college degree o Strong understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration o General understanding of Active Directory and Windows server o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications o Experience with Windows and non-Windows server configuration, administration, and monitoring o Ability to communicate with customers, peers, and management in a professional manner Culture Beacon Funding Corporate Office, Northbrook, IL Salar
