Continuous Improvement/ Production Supervisor
Overview:
o Responsible for assisting in Continuous Improvement projects in the plant, driving CI culture, and development of a CI plans and programs in a fast paced plant. o He or she should have strong people leadership skills and be degreed. o A BS in Industrial Engineering
Responsibilities:
o Confers with management personnel to establish Continuous Improvement standards, develop budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding operational improvement. o Utilizes assigned resources to maximize manufacturing output, minimize waste/downtime, improve capacity and efficiencies and maintain product quality and integrity. o Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products. o Assists with Quality Control programs to safeguard product quality. o Conducts internal CI audits to ensure compliance with established methods policies and procedures. o Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product formulations, and
