Project Manager
PROJECT MANAGER -- ARCHITECTURAL WOODWORK This position will manage all aspects of projects/programs and act as a conduit for all project information to ensure projects are completed timely, within budget and to the client's satisfaction. Eligibility Requirements:
Integrity impeccable -- trustworthy without exception Previous project management experience (Minimum 5 years) Experience in takeoffs and managing architectural woodwork projects Ability to work with architects, site supervisors and construction project managers Commitment to deliver results including working overtime as required and working unsupervised Good basic math skills and office software knowledge (i.e. excel, word, etc.) Excellent organizational, follow up, and paper-trail capabilities. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microvellum a huge PLUS Work Conten

Competently manage several projects simultaneously with a variety of uncertain situations Negotiate contracts with builders, GC's, Architects, and owners Perform site visits and act as a liaison between the customer and the shop Work with manager to ensure that Microvellum programming is complete when work orders are released.
