Here's what we need:
One or more years of working knowledge of all aspects of apartment community maintenance, repair and service community maintenance experience.
Technical experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance and drywall repair and general carpentry.
Available some weekends and rotation of on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies.
