Sales Leader - Grain Our client is a global agricultural giant that is well respected everywhere and is extremely well known as a fantastic place to work. This position will support a territory surrounding Western, MN. Principal Accountabilities:
10% Be accountable to ensure that customer intelligence is fed to the product development and marketing teams including ensuring brand
consistency in conjunction with the marketing team. 5% Member of the sales leadership team; responsible for the overall performance of their sales team. Qualifications Required:
Directly relevant product or customer experience 2 or more years of proven experience in leading, mentoring, developing and or influencing high performance teams Proven experience in leading, mentoring, developing and or influencing high performance teams Proven ability to work successfully within a team and form lasting relationships Demonstrated communication skills. Demonstrated training and coaching skills Desired:
