Service Coordinator
A growing security company in Sioux Falls, SD is looking for a hard working, organized person to join our Service Department! Must be a quick learner with a positive attitude and have great attention to detail.

Answer multiple line telephone system professionally and effectively in a pleasant manner.
Support the service department by accurately logging and routing service calls to our field technicians.
Update completed work orders with technician time, parts used, and work performed information.
Maintain customer filing systems.
Assist with other service department tasks as assigned by Service Manager, including data entry, preparing reports, service contract review/billing, or service dispatch as needed.
Required Education/
Experience:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or other related field is preferred A proven record of accuracy and organization, including a minimum 3.
0 GPA 1-3 years of relevant administrative, dispatch or customer service experience Other Requirements:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel Must be able to speak/write English clearly and proficiently Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally This is a full-time, hourly position located in an office setting.
