HRC 17-26 Requirements:
BS Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering 3
years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, including equipment design Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Demonstrated project management capability Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills a must.
Demonstrated experience in working within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced, technically challenging environment.
Duties:
Plans and directs Engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems.
Directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems for high-speed manufacturing equipment conforms to Engineering design and customer specifications.
Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment.
Evaluates installation of parts and systems for high-speed manufacturing equipment and recommends design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
