Chemical Process Automation Engineer
Essential Functions:
o Troubleshoot and resolve existing plant process problems. Assist with new equipment/plant startups. o Solves problems relating to improvement of operating efficiency, plant production capacity and product quality. Prepares design information on assigned projects. o Lead / assist facility designs or modifications as it relates to automation and alarm system needs. This may include control panel design, network architecture, computer systems, other as needed. o Responsible for training contractors and vendors for any work on site via appropriate policies and procedures. o Develop, revise, and maintain loop sheets, system hierarchy documentation, drawings. and sketches as they pertain to projects throughout the facility. o Train employees across departments in system changes and updates to ensure proper operation of DCS systems. B.S. Degree in Chemical Engineering o
Experience:
3-6
years' experience in process engineering, plant operations, process design or project supervision. o 2
