The Information Systems (IS) team is integral to driving the companys business.
The role of business analyst furthers that direction by designing and implementing new and improved product lifecycle management software tools for Boston Scientific.
Key
Responsibilities:
:
Support metrics reporting for senior management and leadership reviews; utilizing information systems to improve efficiency and make recommendations for implementation of new systems or necessary upgrades that will best meet customer and company requirements :
Assuring quality of business systems by developing and executing test specifications, and implementing test and quality plans, while working with quality assurance analysts to improve IS quality processes; working closely with the development team (internal and external) to assure a timely solution according to the specifications and implementation of business needs.

Resolving issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solution.
Position
Qualifications:
:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
:
Strong business analyst experience with application development projects.
:
Experience with software development lifecycle.
:
Knowledge of lean techniques and principles.
:
Subject matter expertise in business process modeling.
:
Experience with Windchill PLM products or other PLM technologies preferred.
:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with business resources, technical resources, as well as senior leadership.
:
3
years business analyst experience with emphasis with off the shelf PLM software.
:
Demonstrated experience working with and applying knowledge of the U.
S.
Federal Regulations applying to Information Systems including 21 CFR Part 11 Boston Scientific is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
