Position Summary Major Areas of Accountability Work closely with credit management and sales officers to proactively investigate documentation needs during the credit evaluation and approval process for equipment financing transactions and incorporate such needs into approvals.
Throughout the documentation process, continually monitor transactions for compliance and coordinate any necessary approval modifications based on changes to transaction structure or pricing.
Accurate entry, coding and entry of internal transaction parameters within applicable account systems.
Preparation of assignment, sublease and renewal documentation, as needed during the lifecycle of completed transaction in order to accurately reflect lessee, borrower, equipment or transaction changes and the ongoing maintenance of ownership and/or security interest perfection.
Perform other projects and initiatives, as required, in order to enhance the effectiveness of the operations team and contribute to continuing improvement of overall company performance.
Additional Responsibilities Specific to this Position:
Assists in the training of new employees both within Operations.
May review the work of other associates.
Cultivate an environment that stresses customer service, effective communication, continuous improvement and teamwork among Operations and throughout the organization.
Exhibits the drive, energy and persistence to achieve departmental and company goals and objectives Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.

5 years of commercial contracts experience or related business experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make sound, responsible decisions in a timely manner.
Strong PC skills Demonstrated analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
