Centra Healthcare Solutions is seekingan experienced Registered Nurse(RN) to work as the Director ofWomen's and Familythat is licensed or in the immediateprocess, and qualifies,of obtaining RNlicensure in this respective state.
Requirements include:
Must have graduated from an accredited school.
BSN required.
Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or willing to obtain licensure in another state, assuming thatall pre-requisites have been satisfied.
Current CPR certification.
Current BLS card.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director or Manager in a hospital L/D dept or Woman's Health required.
Duties and Responsibilities Assesses patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
Revises and documentsthe plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
