Qualifications:

Effective at responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Proficiency with common office technology and software (e.

, laptop computer, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint) Strong mathematical skills with ability to comprehend rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret bar graphs.
