Assists in responding to Member inquiries regarding Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures in a professional and timely manner.

Assists in ensuring the teaching of new skills in a fun, enthusiastic environment.
Assists in ensuring that participants learn through a range of high quality programs that appeal to an expanded customer base.

Assists in registering Members for group as well as private swim lessons and programming.

Connects members to the correct program that fits their area of passion.
Sales and Promotional :

Assists in marketing and promoting aquatics programs and activities in the club to increase participation.
Financial and Budgetary :

Assists the Aquatics Department Head in processing all swim lesson revenue as necessary.

Works to gain a full understanding of all financial and budgetary numbers.
Managerial and Supervisory :

Assists in managing and supporting all Aquatics Department Team Members.

May assist ensuring all certifications and LTU classes are current in the department.

Balances pool chemicals to meet mandated levels/standards.

Maintains the Systems Binder on a daily basis.

Assists in training team members through shadowing, direction and feedback Qualifications Minimum
Qualifications Education:

Some College, or working towards a four year degree.
Experience :
6 months of customer service experience :
1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience :
1 year lifeguarding experience :
6 months of head guard or supervising experience Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics :
Ability to swim and extensive knowledge of swim programs :
Ability to effectively build teams :
Excellent customer service skills :
Knowledge of pool pump room operations :
Ability to multi:
task, make decisions easily and quickly :
Ability to operate a personal computer :
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook :
Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner :
Ability to build relationships with members :
Comfortable working with all age groups, including children :
Strong problem solving skills :
Minimum 18 years old Language Ability:
