Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and implementation of background investigation processes Facilitate workshops with SME s Develop documentation of processes and workflows Assist in the implementation of BI processes and documentation Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Education and/or experience equivalent to a four year degree from an accredited college or university, with emphasis in process improvement or quality management preferred3-5 years experience in a related role working on large, complex projects Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups Prior experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows Experience with background investigation process preferred This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
