? Design and develop e-learning courses using software simulation, narration, HTML5 interactions using Lectora, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.
? Manage assigned e-learning projects from start to finish including SME reviews and pilot group feedback.
? Performs needs analysis review and collaborates with assigned subject matter experts (SMEs) on objectives and course content.
? Apply adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design and delivery to achieve intended outcomes.
? Gather feedback from SMEs/project team members throughout the Instructional Design process to improve training, processes, and products.
Experience:
Experience with Instructional Design Methodology such as the ADDIE model required.
Experience using tools such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline required.
