00/hr Summary The position involves primarily screening resumes and scheduling interviews Roles & Responsibilities oScreening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates oScheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned oSchedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process o Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
Approximately 75% of time will be spent screening, calling or emailing candidates, 25% doing sourcing and screening.
oOther duties as required Minimum Qualifications oHigh School Diploma or equivalent oAssociate degree preferred, but not required o1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience oProficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred oPrior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus oExcellent communication skills oEffective listening skills oAbility to multitask oTarget driven Bilingual Nice to have Education:
