Engineered Solutions serves niche end markets with highly engineered product solutions such as motion control systems, mechanical power transmission products, flexible power transmissions and severe duty electronic instrumentation.

Experience:
Requires bachelor s degree in engineering or business and 5 to 7 years of related experience, or 10 to twelve 12 of progressively responsible related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

years of recent success in a national and/or international sales role within the industrial machine or automotive, heavy truck or diesel engine markets Experience selling engineered products and solutions Experience/knowledge with lubrication devices, vents, gauges, and cap products Experience/knowledge and demonstrated success with both OEM customers & Distribution networks Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships with customers Value selling experience Must be able to travel up to 50%, and/or, as needed, to customer sites and business operations globally Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment Source:
