Qualifications:
21 years of age or older Must have Haz-Mat endorsement Must have a good work history Must have a good driving record as reported on the MVR Additional driver qualification standards may be applied as per company policy. New to Driving? No problem! STUDENT DRIVER PROGRAM During the four-week program, the driver trainee will be on the same home time as the trainer. Pay will be $80.00 per day for each day that you work, with a maximum of $480.00 per week. After you complete the four-week training program, you will go on an orientation run with a trainer
. TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM NTB currently offers a tuition reimbursement program for student drivers. Student drivers may qualify for as much as $4,000.00 in tuition reimbursement. TRUCK DRIVER APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM NTB is proud to be able to offer a Department of Labor certified apprenticeship in Heavy Duty Truck Driving. All trainee drivers automatically go into this apprenticeship program upon completion of the four-week training program. After the apprentice has completed all of the requirements (usually takes one year), he/she will receive a certificate of completion from the Department of Labor.
