Mobile Home Property Manager and Maintenance Team needed

Community Managers base wage range is $24,000-$30,000.
Wage is dependent on size of the community and area of responsibility.
Community Managers are also offered on-site housing and utilities allowance after 60 days of employment.
Knowledge of financials, customer retention, sales and human resources a must.
Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
Maintenance Technicians base wage $10-$13 depends on the size of the community and area of responsibility.
Plus commissions on home sales.
Maintenance technicians are required to have a minimum of two 2 years general experience in building trades, exterior plumbing, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
Snow plowing, lift stations experience a plus.
Strong customer service communication and interpersonal skills required.
