rojects by promoting use of Manufacturing Excellence Toolkits & Methods. Manages maintenance audits in production sites according to management system in order to maintain consistency of maintenance processes. Manages Risk Management program related to equipment reliability according to policy Organizing a network of maintenance managers and Community Building Disseminating knowledge e.g. through an academy approach for professional skills development Bringing methodology (diagnostic, implementation), expert resources, training and coaching contributing to the realization of this ambition Challenging the maintenance processes to reach excellence by improving / changing work methods Implementing standards, knowledge base and innovative toolkits supporting these processes leading to Maintenance Excellence according to vision and policy. Proposing innovative transversal projects leading to continuous improvement in the field of Reliability / Maintenance Excellence. Experience:

years in the Chemical industry working as a Reliability/Maintenance Engineer. Will travel 70% of the time to company plant sites to troubleshoot and recommend rotating and fixed equipment solutions.
